Exhibitions / Tyrannosaurs: Meet the Family
The exhibition featured the newest discoveries in dinosaur paleontology, including the early Asian Tyrannosaurs and the precursors of later giants like T. rex. Alongside remarkable fossils from the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, visitors enjoyed impressive life-sized skeletons and replicas. The exhibition offered an engaging experience for all ages with interactive displays and innovative multimedia exhibits that explored the remarkable evolution of the Tyrannosaurs.
One of the exhibition’s highlights was the large-scale projection experience that immersed visitors in the concept of Tyrannosaur families – how they existed in various shapes and sizes. Interacting with these “families” in an urban setting delivered a memorable and powerful introduction to the world of Tyrannosaurs.
Tyrannosaurs: Meet the Family is a traveling exhibition produced by the Australian Museum and was toured internationally by Flying Fish.
