The exhibition boasts a remarkable collection of objects and artifacts, carefully selected from the U.S. Space & Rocket Center archives, providing a profound and engaging insight into the era.

Visitors gain a better understanding of the complex social and political forces that drove these nations to invest significant human and technological resources in the ambitious race to be the first human to set foot on the moon.

During the year of the exhibition’s premiere presentation, the U.S. Space & Rocket Center welcomed more visitors than in any other year since it opened in 1970.
