A St. Louis gallery owner who managed one of the largest privately held Alexander McQueen collections reached out to Flying Fish to extend the life of an exhibition about the artist and fashion designer and prepare for future venue display. The talented team at Flying Fish designed and built custom exhibit furniture, scenic elements, and shipping crates, while our Project Manager organized the shipment of dozens of artifact loans from around the world.
The exhibition was installed at the New Orleans Museum of Art directly following Mardi Gras 2018, receiving national press and increased visitation and local exposure for the museum, allowing the exhibition to reach another city and thousands of additional visitors.
