Flying Fish at Ecsite and CASC This June

Conference season is in full swing, and the Flying Fish team is hitting the road! The first two weeks of June, we’ll be in two countries, two time zones, and talking exhibitions with colleagues from around the world.

Catch us at:

Ecsite 2025
June 3–5 | Warsaw, Poland

CASC 2025
June 10–12 | St. John’s, Newfoundland

If you’re attending either, get in touch! We’d love to connect.

Who’s Attending

At Ecsite, you’ll find:

  • Jay Brown – Principal & Managing Director
  • Trent Brown – VP of Operations
  • Anna Clark – Head of Marketing

At the CASC Conference, Jay and Anna will be representing Flying Fish.

Both events are more than dates on the calendar—they’re opportunities to meet with our peers, build new relationships, and keep the conversation going about what it means to create high-quality, well-researched, and globally relevant touring exhibitions.

What We’re Talking About

We’ll be talking about our 2025 premieres like Stardust: The Universe in You and Mysteries from the Deep, as well as what’s in development, and how we approach partnership, access, and logistics in a constantly shifting landscape.

Flying Fish exhibitions are developed in close collaboration with museums and science centers. We focus on clarity, creativity, and getting the details right—whether it’s crate construction or a research citation.

What’s New (and On Tour)

We’re launching four (!!) new exhibitions this year, expanding our portfolio with another standout from The DoSeum—and even though OceanXperience premiered in 2023, it still delivers the same wow factor as opening day.

Stardust: The Universe in You
Premiering at TELUS World of Science – Edmonton on May 31st. This artfully designed immersive journey through the cosmic elements that connect all living things is sure to delight explorers of all ages.

Mysteries from the Deep: Exploring Underwater Archaeology
This groundbreaking interactive experience highlights the science of and the experts behind underwater archaeology. From ancient shipwrecks to modern ROVs, visitors learn how scientists and other experts uncover the incredible histories buried beneath the waves.

Artemis Adventure with LEGO® Bricks

Finding Titanic: The Secret Mission
Step into the top-secret mission that led to the discovery of the RMS Titanic. Visitors step into the mission that uncovered one of the greatest maritime discoveries of the 20th century. Developed in collaboration with Ocean Exploration Trust and generously sponsored by the Office of Naval Research and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

OceanXperience
Developed in collaboration with OceanX, this immersive adventure-driven experience invites visitors aboard a replica of the OceanXplorer, the most advanced media and research vessel in the world, to explore marine science, technology and more through dynamic mission-based interactives.
